Thank you for your interest in the Gaming Safe Space program. The program is intended for retailers, specifically "Friendly Local Game Stores" (FLGS), interested in supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion in their stores.

By purchasing the kit at a discount, you agree that the materials will be given away for free, without provisions or other purchase requirements, and/or will donate all net proceeds from their sale to an IRS-recognized 501(c)(3) charitable nonprofit that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion. Directly profiting from the sale of this material is prohibited.

The kit includes buttons and enamel pins intended to be used for fundraising and/or to be given away to patrons to promote the program. To qualify for the discounted price of the kit, you must agree to use them for one or both of theses purposes:

Fundraising - the material will be used to raise funds for a 501(c)(3) nonprofit of the store's choosing

Giveaway - the material will be given freely, without provisions, to patrons and individuals to support the program
